Primasoft company started its activity as LTD in September 2001. Initially, company’s staff consisted of 2 employees, who assured the complex functioning and the assistance of Lobby program.

Primasoft is the first company that offered a completely new type to the Moldovan enterprises – informational and legislative assistance for accountants. This assistance implies installing the LOBBY program on the user’s (accountant’s) computer – database which contains legislative documents to facilitate the accounting, (therefore considerably reducing the time of searching) – and further assistance of this database (remark: during one month our Parliament, Government, and other departments adopt almost a thousand of documents whereas only the tenth part of them represents a real interest to the accountant). The program helps the accountants to familiarize with legislative acts and their practical use. At the same time various compartments useful for accountants are included in the program, such as Contract Models, Accountant Printing forms, Professional consultations, etc.

The Internet increases considerably the number of Primasoft clients – Edinet, Cahul, Balti, Cimislia, Comrat, etc. Regional Moldovan clients connect and update the program via Internet.

The qualitative services made Primasoft company to acquire a wide range of clients and create a pleasant image, including some famous companies presented by their chief accountants who realize all the advantages of LOBBY usage. Such famous companies as Avante, Bucuria SA, Covoare-Lux, Elat CC, Infinity Inc are among our clients, represented by their chief accountants. The list is quite long.

In 2002 Primasoft company, being in constant progress, has developed a new product - RORUS, electronic Russian-Romanian dictionary. In its essence, this product is on the top among the same products on Moldovan market. Dictionary database includes the most common entries for both languages, and also a very specific verbiage of words and phrases for each language. It is in great demand because of its native origin, low cost and rich lexical fund.

Primasoft’s next project, besides regular publication of exchange history in Lobby, is the rate of exchange web-page – RATES, where it is always possible to view current rate of exchange, rate exchange history of main currency in respect of Moldovan leu.

For users’ comfort and respectful image of the electronic dictionary RORUS an on-line version is launched in 2004, which represents an exact copy of the off-line version, excluding some specific functions for local use only. Afterwards, taking into consideration clients’ wishes, an English-Romanian dictionary ROMEN in on-line and off-line version is developed.

Next logical step was the union of these two databases into one lexical base and the launch of LIDERRA.COM. This project supposes active collaboration with Authors, i.e. with those who add author’s translation, in other words they add to vocabulary database original translation for existing or new words. This makes the dictionary databases to be more dynamic and vivid.

In 2005 Primasoft company obtained the status of the Retailer for antivirus Kaspersky products, the fact which slightly diversifies the range of software assortment.

Besides the development of package software, Primasoft company offers services in web-site development, software development, used in companies’ activity – cost evaluation, documents circulation. One of the priorities of company’s activity is the service of web-hosting and web project assistance.
